CORPORATE SOCIAL
RESPONSIBILITY

At Mass Timber Services, we believe that how we build extends beyond structures: it shapes lives, communities, and ecosystems.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility framework is guided by long-term values and a belief that building extraordinary means building with purpose, and leaving people and communities better than we found them. On every project, we commit to giving back to the community we build in by investing a percentage of proceeds into one of our core focus areas: environment, affordable housing, equity, or education. Each reflects our mission, our care for people and the planet, and our commitment to leaving a lasting legacy.

ENVIRONMENT

Replanting or planting trees to replace harvested materials, conserving water, and offsetting carbon emissions.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Providing value engineering design for affordable and workforce housing, helping clients create sustainable assets.

EQUITY AND SUPPORT FOR WOMEN AND FAMILIES

Fostering safety, stability, and opportunity by providing shelter, access to support groups, and learning and development, essential supplies, education and school donations, and relocation assistance for women and families.

EDUCATION & OUTREACH

Our dedication to building greener, more sustainable working and living spaces is a driver in leading educational seminars through AIA, AIBC, and BC Wood Talks
