Christoph Loesch is a globally recognized leader in engineered wood construction, with over 35+ years of experience spanning Europe and North America. He has played a pivotal role in introducing and advancing mass timber technologies across continents, contributing to landmark projects that have set new standards in sustainable building practices. As the President and Technical Director of Mass Timber Services, Christoph oversees the engineering, manufacturing, and production of structural wood systems.

With over 30 years of experience spanning forestry operations, manufacturing, and executive leadership, Tony Mammone’s career has taken him across nine countries, where he has been instrumental in engineering, manufacturing, and producing over 600 structural wood building system projects. Tony's commitment to sustainable construction is evident in his work on more than 300 affordable housing units in British Columbia, where he has applied mass timber solutions to create cost-effective and environmentally friendly homes. A passionate advocate, Tony frequently shares his expertise through "Lunch & Learn" sessions, educating architects and engineers on integrating mass timber into hybrid building solutions.

With 30+ years of experience spanning forestry consulting, land development, heavy timber manufacturing, and mass timber specialization, Ron McDougall brings a comprehensive perspective to the evolving world of engineered wood products. His career has taken him from the forests and shop floors to boardrooms, guiding successful mass timber construction projects across various sectors. As Project Development Lead at Mass Timber Services, Ron leverages his diverse background to deliver high-quality mass timber components on time and within budget. His pragmatic and efficient approach ensures that each project maximizes value and aesthetic appeal.

With over 20 years in the construction industry and more than 15 years in project management, Derek Johnson’s career spans nearly $2 billion in successfully executed projects across a range of sectors, including power generation, water infrastructure, oil and gas, and most recently, mass timber. Derek’s professional journey has included roles as a general contractor and major equipment supplier, giving him a comprehensive understanding of complex project lifecycles from multiple perspectives. His pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach ensures every project is delivered with both efficiency and integrity, maximizing aesthetic value while staying on time and on budget. Notable projects include the YouTube SBO-1 Campus in San Bruno, the Google MT2 JAVA Campus in Mountain View, the Tallwood 1 mass timber project in Langford, and the Ilo Peaky 540MW power plant in Peru.
